How do you log in?

Enter your "User ID" and "Password" and click on "Log In". Note that User ID and Password entries are case sensitive. That is, "user123" is not the same as "USER123" or "User123".

If you do not have an account (i.e., User ID and Password), you can create your Gradiance account and then use it to log in.

If the system reports that your User ID or Password is incorrect, please log in again by entering the correct User ID and Password.

If you have entered the correct User ID and Password, and you still cannot log in, please make sure you are accessing the right Gradiance URL.

What to do if you forgot your password?

You can reset your password by requesting a temporary password. Click on "Forget Password?" and fill out the form with your identification information.

The system will email you a temporary password. As soon as you get this email message, please log in using the temporary password and update your account password. Note that the temporary password will be emailed to the address you have provided as part of your Gradiance account information.

How do you create your account?

You can create a new Gradiance account by clicking on "Create New Account" and filling out the form. When creating your account, you should choose a unique user ID, along with specifying your email address, first name and last name. Note that all fields in the form are required (for instance, you cannot create an account without specifying your email address). Also, the user ID should have at least six characters, comprising of letters, digits and the '_' character. We will then send a temporary password to the email address you have provided.

After successfully creating your account, you can log in to the Gradiance system and use the services.
