1. THE PRIVACY POLICY
This document presents the Privacy Policy set forth by
Gradiance Corporation ("Gradiance"). The Privacy Policy
may be updated from time to time and Gradiance reserves the
right to make changes to the policy without notice. The current
version of the Privacy Policy will be available at

2. COLLECTING INFORMATION FROM USERS
When you create your Gradiance account, we collect personal
information about you such as name and email address. When
you are accessing certain content, services and products
provided by us, we may also collect information about your
address, credit cards and other financial instruments through
which you pay for the content and services.
In general, Gradiance collects information about you when
you interact with Gradiance content, services and products,
and when you interact with our business partners and affiliates
as you obtain content, services and products from them.
Gradiance may also gather and store information based on
our server logs recording your interactions from your browser,
like your IP address, cookies, the pages you are viewing and
the links you are clicking. Gradiance servers may employ
cookies and other such mechanisms on your computer while
interacting with your browser sessions. Companies that
advertise on our site may set and access their cookies on
your browser based on their own privacy policies, independent
of our direct interactions with you.
We do not knowingly, directly or passively, collect information
from children under the age of 13. If we create offers and
products that make it appropriate to collect information from
children under the age of 13, we will notify you of the change
in this policy.
3. INFORMATION USAGE BY GRADIANCE
Gradiance may use the information collected from you for the
general purposes of providing the content, services and
products to you, improving our content, services and products
in general, customizing the content and advertising that you
see, conducting research of various kinds and compiling
anonymous reports for Gradiance and its clients. Gradiance
may send you communications relating to the various content,
services and products we offer, and in order to maintain your
Gradiance account properly. We may also use your information
and share it with our business partners, affiliated companies
and other such agents and entities, in order to provide the
content, services and products you request.
Gradiance may use information about you and your interactions
with Gradiance content, services and products in order to
customize or target advertisements to you. When you interact
with such advertisements, Gradiance may provide general
information to the advertisers, like the kinds of content you
were viewing at the time of interacting with the advertisement.
Gradiance does not in general share, rent or sell your
information to anybody or any unaffiliated company. Gradiance
employees will have limited access to your personal information
in the context of providing content, services and products
to you as part of doing their jobs.
In certain exceptional circumstances, Gradiance may be required
to access, share and/or transfer your information in order to
investigate, prevent or take corrective action against suspected
or real illegal activities, fraud, threats, and other violations
of the law. We may also divulge your information when responding
to court orders for such information and/or to defend our rights
against claims. Also, in the event of Gradiance being acquired by
another company or is merged with another company, or in the
case of bankruptcy, we will transfer your information to the
resulting company or entity.
Please be aware that we provide links to third-party Web sites
from our sites as a service to our users and we are not
responsible for the content or information collection practices
of those sites. Please also note that these Web sites' privacy
policies will differ from ours. Therefore, we encourage your
to review and understand their privacy practices before
providing them with information.
